NDA = Non disclosure Agreement
NDA = Non Disclosure Agreement
Known in Italy as the “accordo di non divulgazione”, is a legal agreement with mutual obligations. In principle, within a confidentiality agreement, the parties identify the information they intend to keep as confidential and undertake not to disclose them to third parties. In the event of breach of such clauses, the penalties within the juristic act are incurred. Often this type of agreement is executed to protect sensitive corporate data, or to protect industrial or trade secrets, or to prevent disclosure of private trade information.
