Lease agreement

The lease agreement (or rental agreement) is a contract by which a person, called landlord, agrees to guarantee the enjoyment of an asset in favour of another person, called the lessee or tenant, if the asset granted in use consists of a dwelling or other immovable property, which in turn is obliged to periodically pay a certain fee, called the lease (rent) payment, as well as to return the thing received in use within the pre-established time limits, taking care to return it in the same state in which it was delivered.
